“Only 10 percent of working Hispanic women hold jobs classified as managerial or executive, while 16 percent of non-Hispanic white women in the workplace have those roles.

As for professional jobs, only 8.5 percent of Hispanic women hold those positions, compared with 21 percent of non-Hispanic white women, according to the California research firm HispanTelligence.”
