What a treat that must’ve been. Now, don’t think that this was your typical run of the mill turkey. The Oaxaqueños prepared four different types of guajolete (as they are called in Mexico), with chipotle chile, a la naranja, enchilada and of course the traditional kind which is prepared in a delicious broth.”
