“WDT Wireless has announced that they will be providing affordable wireless service plans and phones to international callers in select markets (Chicago, Dallas, Houston and New York). Spanish Marketing, Inc., a full-service marketing firm devoted to helping companies target the foreign-born U.S. Hispanic market, will develop and orchestrate the product launch.
SMI has negotiated one-year spokesperson agreements with boxing great, Julio Cesar Chavez and his son, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., for WDT Wireless starting Nov. 1. Under this agreement, WDT Wireless will offer the “Chavez Knockout Plans” that will allow customers to customize their calling plan bundled with low rates to Mexico and Latin America. In addition, SMI will also create and coordinate all advertising efforts, including print, radio and television. “
