“El Nuevo Constructor magazine will honor Hipolito Roldan, President of the Hispanic Housing Development Corporation in Chicago, as the magazine’s 2005 Builder of the Year at its Builder of the Year Awards ceremony to be held during the 2006 International Builder Show in Orlando, FL.
