“A group of Hispanic women have set out to change New Jersey’s political landscape by training younger Latinas to empower themselves.

Saying they are tired of working to elect men, and then getting passed over by the political establishment, a group of Latina leaders hosted the first Young Latina Leadership Conference at Essex County College in West Caldwell on Saturday”
