“Only 10 percent of working Hispanic women hold jobs classified as managerial or executive, while 16 percent of white women in the workplace have those roles.

As for professional jobs, only 8.5 percent of Hispanic women hold those positions, compared with 21 percent of white women, according to the California research firm HispanTelligence.”
