She has served as the senior director of Club Musica Latina for Columbia House, executive editor of the Spanish-language version of TV Guide, and as part of the team that developed and launched the Spanish version of People magazine, People en Espanol. Her book, Latino Boom!: Everything You Need to Know to Grow Your Business in the U.S. Hispanic Market, was published earlier this year.
