“The inaugural CENTURY 21(R) First-Time Homebuyer Index released today reveals that for many, the American “Dream Home” is a new, suburban single-family home located in the southern United States. The study also showed that the rapidly growing Hispanic home buying population is younger than non-Hispanic first-time homebuyers by an average of four to five years. These insights and more are highlighted in a national survey of 1,214 U.S. first-time homebuyers conducted by International Communications Research (ICR) on behalf of Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of the world’s largest residential real estate sales organization.”
