“Mexican President Vicente Fox has inaugurated this year’s “Paisano” program to protect Mexicans returning home for the holidays.
Migrants often return with gifts and cash. Frequently they are the targets of extortion or robbery, sometimes involving police or other officials.”

Please note some (many) sites require registration. Many times it is free.
