“The University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education Conference Center & Hotel and Students for Latino Empowerment (SLE), a University of Georgia student service organization, are sponsoring Sigueme: Latino Shadow Day at UGA on Fri., Nov. 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

This one-day event will bring Latino high-school juniors and seniors from the Clarke County School District in Athens, Ga., to the University of Georgia campus to shadow a Latino/a UGA student. Each high school student will be matched with a UGA student based on their comparable answers to a personal interest profile. They will attend UGA classes and activities together as well as participate in a campus tour.”

Please note some (many) sites require registration. Many times it is free.
