“Professors and physicians from around the state presented groundbreaking research on Hispanics’ health and nutrition habits at a conference Friday.
The U.S. Hispanic Nutrition Research and Education Center, based out of the Regional Academic Health Center in Harlingen, held the conference to inform the region’s health care professionals about its projects, director Dr. Daniel Hale said.”
