“Poder magazine, whose publisher abruptly shut down in August, has a new lease on life.
A group of former employees from the now-defunct Zoom Media Group of Miami Beach have formed their own company and on Tuesday bought the trademark for Poder, a business monthly, and sister publication Loft, a men’s lifestyle magazine with plans to relaunch the titles. Terms were not disclosed.”
