“The number of Hispanic teenagers graduating from Georgia schools is expected to skyrocket in the next ten years. In some schools in Georgia, Hispanic students actually make up the majority of the population. Soon, that will translate into more graduates.
“Latino and Hispanic high school graduates are going to be by far the fastest-growing group,” said Joe Marks, director of education data with the Southern Regional Education Board.”
