“More Hispanics are going to college, and Florida is leading the way.

Hispanic enrollment in two- and four-year colleges climbed by 24 percent nationally from 1996 to 2001 — an increase of more than 25,000 students, according to numbers released Tuesday by the Pew Hispanic Center, a nonpartisan research organization based in Washington.”
