“The Univision Network today announced it will be offering English-language closed captioning for the broadcast of the 6th Annual Latin Grammy Awards on Nov. 3. While the Spanish-language media icon is delving into English, ABC this season became the first English-language broadcast network to offer its entire prime-time entertainment programming in Spanish through closed captioning and dubbing.
The Latin Grammy Awards, previously broadcast by CBS, will be aired for the first time on Univision from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. In addition to its U.S. broadcast, the awards show will be shown in about 100 countries worldwide. “
