Born in Colombia, the 68-year-old bilingual Willoughby woman retired from Lubrizol Corp. five years ago, took a 12-week interpreter’s course at Lake Erie College in Painesville and has never looked back.
As the Latino and other foreign populations grow, people like Herrera are becoming more in demand in the legal system.”
