Knowledge is Power!
“In the spring of 1997, a Hispanic woman opened the first La Paletera on Kostoryz Street in Corpus Christi, which turned out to be a mammoth success. A domino effect emerged, and other La Paletera franchises followed suit.
Woodlands resident Rogelio Chapa has had a profitable and ambitious career since he opened the local La Paletera Aug. 2. He said that his continued success has been from a combination of excellent customer service and the fact that all of his food products are made from fresh, delectable fruit. Chapa knew what he was doing when he tapped into a huge and rapidly expanding consumer market.
Chapa said when customers come to his store, they know they are getting high quality paletas, fruit cups, ice cream, snow cones, smoothies, fruity drinks, corn cups and other treats.”
