“Rogers Police Chief Steve Helms is taking to the Spanish airwaves to solicit help solving robberies that have Hispanic victims.
Police believe the robbers, who’ve struck 10 times since May, are preying on aliens’ fears of deportation, Helms said. But victims who cooperate with police could be eligible for deportation relief through a new federal visa program.”
