“What is the best way to reach out to English-speaking and bilingual Latinos?

That’s a long-debated topic and the purpose of the one-day gathering today in Manhattan called “Culturally Speaking: Marketing to Latinos in English,” a conference sponsored by Tu Ciudad Los Angeles magazine with marketing research firm New American Dimension.”
