According to the first round of ratings from the Arbitron summer survey, Spanish Broadcasting System’s KXOL-FM in Los Angeles, newly revamped as Hurban, jumped from a 2.0 to a 4.2 overall rating share, tying for number two. KPWR-FM’s Rhythmic Top 40, which has a large percentage of young Hispanics in its audience, fell to fourth place in the same market.”
