Frist broadens Senate debate on border security

“The Senate will take up border security as its first major bill next year, but the debate will include both guest-worker plans and a path to citizenship for illegal aliens, Majority Leader Bill Frist announced yesterday.
“We’re going to start with border security, but in the same time we’re on the floor we’re going to build on that and extend that to the enforcement issues and the issues of more”
