“Briant Lopez, his brother Cesar Lopez, Juan Moreno and Ernesto Romero accepted the honor and the responsibility of Eagle Scout during a ceremony Sunday at Saint John’s Evangelical Protestant Church.According to Boy Scouts of America officials, the four Cullman High School students are the first Hispanics ever to earn the rank of Eagle Scout in the Mulberry District of the Greater Alabama Council (GAC).
