Former director charged with defrauding Hispanic chamber. Florida

“A former employee of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando has been charged with scheming to defraud the chamber, grand theft and conducting an illegal financial transaction, according to documents from the Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office.

Myriam Gordillo Cardama, who most recently was marketing and operations director, was arrested Oct. 1 and posted $10,000 bail on Oct. 3, according to court documents. An arraignment date has been set for Nov. 7, according to the State Attorney’s Office.”
