Okay now, a press release to sell a domain name on ebay. That is different. A starting bid of $37,000, wow. Now, I really think this is way over the top, but I may be wrong. Domain names aren’t as hot as they used to be. Considering I have more than several domains maybe I should watch the results.
“Jennifer Lopez. Pedro Martinez. George Lopez. Shakira. All Pop Culture icons. The growing popularity of the Latino culture is not just a flash in the pan. It is a sign that the Latino population is beginning to emerge as an important influence in our marketplace. Companies looking to grow are going to need to embrace the Latino bicultural preferences, as Latinos soon will make up 25% of the U.S. workforce, and they will be pouring that money back into the marketplace. One company is offering an iconic domain name for sale on E-Bay that will help businesses break into the Latino market. LatinVibe.com is that name, and it’s already creating buzz among major networks, cable shows, magazines and more. With the increased growth in Latino influence, the possibilities with a website like www.LatinVibe.com are endless, as it can encompass a number of media pipelines. With LatinVibe.com, the Latino bicultural preference is encompassed, as the name implies the energy of the combined Hispanic and American influences.”
