“CHEYENNE - About 90 young Latina women from around the state heard first-hand accounts about making good choices from women who have made some poor ones.

Three women from the Wyoming Women’s Center, a prison in Lusk, offered their stories Saturday in hopes of steering those youth from fifth to 12th grades in the right direction.”
