The Estrella (Star) Award was presented to Allstate Insurance Company in recognition of its commitment and passion for the work of the NHCC. Jim Osborne, Vice President – Procurement Governance and Ray Celaya, AVP-Procurement Governance, received the award on behalf of the company.”
