“They’ve launched a new product line, Nueva Cocina Foods, which is set for distribution in the Northeast and possibly nationwide, capitalizing on the growth of the Latin food trend, which is beginning to rival Italian and other ethnic foods in popularity.

The line’s products are the nation’s first and only company-produced authentic Latin soups, seasonings and rice dishes, and were created with the gourmet in mind, according to founders Celeste De Armas and Corina Mascaro.”
