“Central Americans in Texas are pushing for permission to return to their homelands hit by Hurricane Stan.

Many of the Central Americans, 50 of whom held a vigil at a federal office yesterday, are illegal immigrants who are allowed to stay in the United States as part of the Temporary Protected Status program.”
