Businesses cater to booming Latino population
Tagged: population“A Mexican ice cream shop also known as a “paleteria” isn’t common in Round Rock or in Williamson County, but Javier Rodriguez of Paleteria La Selva says his 2-year-old shop is drawing more and more customers every day.
“There was nothing like this here in Round Rock, in this area. That’s why I wanted something like this, more like a Mexican-style ice cream,” he said.”
