“A telltale sign of the rising interest in Hispanic homebuyers is the 250 percent increase in the number of premium-level sponsors for the 5th Annual Hispanic Marketing Convention & Expo hosted by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). The premier event for Hispanics in the real estate industry kicks off tomorrow in New York City and is expected to attract business leaders and 2000 practitioners to the Hilton New York.

This year’s roster of sponsors is a “Who’s Who” list of industry brands ranging from title companies and financial institutions to mortgage companies, providers and real estate conglomerates. The list includes: ADT, Bank of America, Cendant, Chase Home Finance, CitiMortgage, Countrywide, Genworth Financial, Fannie Mae, The First American Corporation, Freddie Mac, MGIC, New Century Financial, PMI Mortgage and Washington Mutual.”
