Martori: Latinos target the mainstream

“I toss down margaritas on Cinco de Mayo. I drop $20 to make skulls out of sugar at Latin import stores for Dia de Los Muertos. I shake it to Shakira and Enrique Iglesias. I am part of the mainstream, and according to 2000 U.S. census data, about 75.5 percent of Arizona’s population is, as well. And, most of the time, the mainstream is patronized by the other 24.5 percent.”
