“BRAINARD – Unpredictable milk prices led the owners of an area dairy to look for additional ways to earn a living.

After processing their situation, David and Bonnie Jisa of Brainard came up with the idea of manufacturing cheese, a business they launched in March. Their new company recently received a $150,000 federal grant to market Hispanic specialty cheeses.”
