Vance Schools English as a Second Language Coordinator Kim Meza has helped implement many programs for Hispanic children through Vance County Schools. Now she hopes to succeed in her first attempt to start a program without the school system.

Meza and colleague Maria Davis are seeking help in forming a free year-round daycare for low-income Hispanic children in Vance County. The daycare would provide transportation, have a paid staff and serve children from birth to 4.
