CityReach Latino, the first mobile out-of-home advertising network targeting Hispanics announced Wednesday the launch of its service in New York and the rollout to the top 11 Hispanic markets by first quarter 2006.
In October, CityReach will launch the network in Los Angeles, Miami and Houston, followed by Chicago, San Francisco, San Jose, Phoenix, Brownsville, Tex., Dallas and San Antonio, where the concept was tested.
