Chivas Select Team to Face Mexico’s Santos Laguna in Friendly Match to Benefit Gulf Coast Hurricane Victims

Fox Sports en Espanol and Fox Soccer Channel announced today they will offer live broadcasts in Spanish and English of a friendly match between a Chivas Select Team, featuring players from Mexico’s Chivas de Guadalajara and Major League Soccer’s Chivas USA, and Mexican First Division club Santos Laguna to benefit hurricane victims in the Gulf Coast region.

Marking the first time players from Chivas USA and sister club Chivas de Guadalajara will play together on the same team, the historic benefit match will be broadcast live Sunday, October 9, at 5 PM ET/2 PM PT from the University of California at Santa Barbara’s Harder Stadium.
