Adolfo Castillo named to human rights commission

Adolfo Castillo, 59, of Joplin, has been appointed by Governor Matt Blunt to the Missouri Commission on Human Rights (MCHR) for the seventh district. Castillo is a board member of the Hispanic Republicans of Missouri. He works with local politicians to promote Hispanic involvement in government issues.
