Embarking on a journey “to highlight the rich culture and history of the Latino community in New Jersey,” Secretary of State Regena Thomas has set out on a weeklong Latino Bus and Bike Tour - the first statewide celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.
The caravan, which started in Paterson on Friday morning, will cover more than 270 miles through seven counties as it stops for celebrations in 16 cities with large Hispanic populations.
