TRENTON ”” Stigma, language barriers and cultural insensitivity are among the challenges Latinos face when accessing mental health services in New Jersey, a report released Tuesday says.

Printed in both Spanish and English, the report titled “Time For Action: Improving Mental Health Services for the Latino Community,” includes eight recommendations to combat what it calls deficiencies in the mental health system.
