The Secretary of State for Culture Carmen Calvo has been in charge of handing in the Spanish Film Award to Manuel Gutierrez Aragon in the San Sebastian International Film Festival. El rey del rio (King of the river) or Cosas que deje en La Habana (Things I left in Havana) are some the films he has directed.
