Knowledge is Power!

Finding a job is hard work. Finding a job in a foreign country, with an unfamiliar language and cultural traditions, is harder still.

Mariela Dabbah, an Argentinian who became a naturalized U.S. citizen, has walked that path. Based in Briarcliff Manor, Dabbah specializes in translations and Spanish language instruction. Her new book, “Como Conseguir Trabajo en los Estados Unidos” (How to Get Work in the United States), is especial para Latinos who can use a version of “What Color is Your Parachute?” written from their own perspective.
