Hispanic Heritage Month starts Thursday. It celebrates the anniversary of independence for five Latin American countries, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. During the next four weeks, ABC7′S Theresa Gutierrez will take a look at some standouts for Hispanic Heritage Month. Here, she highlights a mentor in the restaurant business.
