De la Garza chosen for key Toyota post

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas will announce today that it has hired Texen Power Co. founder Luis de la Garza as vice president of administration.

De la Garza, 61, fills the post vacated five months ago by Leo Gomez. Gomez returned to the San Antonio Spurs after 18 months with Toyota.
