MILWAUKEE - U.S. Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez will be the keynote speaker at an annual convention of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce that opens here Wednesday.
The 26th annual convention and business expo is expected to attract about 4,000 Hispanic business owners, executives and entrepreneurs from throughout the United States and Latin America.
