Associate Professor of Hispanic Studies Susan Sanchez-Casal is co-author of Chicken Soup for the Latino Soul, with Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen (Health Communications, Inc., August, 2005). The Chicken Soup series features inspirational, motivational and uplifting stories.
