(U-WIRE) COLLEGE STATION, Texas – When Dora Frias was ready to attend college, she had difficulty finding a way to pay for it.

“Both of my were born outside of the United States,” said Frias, a senior kinesiology major at Texas A&M University. “Nobody in my family knew how to find ways to get help.”
