Mexican Independence Day Parade in East Los Angeles

What: Univision 34 KMEX-TV will televise the Mexican Independence
Day Parade for the 26th year from East Los Angeles.

Joining the festivities as hosts for this year’s parade
will be: Gabriela Teissier (Primera Edicion Co-Host),
Francisco Ugalde (Univision 34 News Reporter), Claudia
Botero (Univision 34 News Reporter) and Guillermo Quiroz
(Univision Weather Anchor). The Mexican Civic and
Patriotic Committee organizes this traditional Latino
community celebration.

When: Saturday, September 10, 2005
Live at 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Time)

Where: From East Los Angeles
Parade begins at Cesar Chavez Avenue and 1st Street and
ends at Cesar Chavez and Mednik

Broadcast: Tune in to Univision Channel 34 at 11:00 a.m.
