A group of Hispanic contractors has filed lawsuit alleging that it has been unfairly shut out of work on the new H&R Block headquarters downtown.
The lawsuit filed in Jackson County Circuit Court is the latest volley in a series of complaints by minority groups that they are not sharing in the downtown building boom.
