The plenary is being presented by the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) Foundation at the USHCC 26th Annual National Convention in Milwaukee on Friday, September 16 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Midwest Airlines Center.
