Former U.S. Secretary of Energy and Transportation Federico Peña and Deputy Assistant to President Bush and Director of Intergovernmental Affairs, Ruben Barrales headline a panel of capital experts in a plenary discussion titled “New Age Investors: The New Frontier for Hispanic Business Growth”. The plenary is being presented by the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) Foundation at the USHCC 26th Annual National Convention in Milwaukee on Friday, September 16 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Midwest Airlines Center.
