Venezuela targets Chicago for hearts and minds campaign and getting there

Venezuela is said to be responsible for rescuing Chicago’s Puerto Rican community’s Fiesta Boricua through a $100,000 donation from its Consulate in Chicago.

According to a report published by the Chicago Tribune, the Puerto Rican festival, which is held on Labor Day between Western and California Avenues along Division Street in Humboldt Park was a non-runner owing to lack of funding.
