The board of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City has chosen Miguel Meneses as its new president, effective Tuesday.

Meneses has been manager of human resources for Riojas Enterprises for the past 10 years. He succeeds Cici Rojas as president. Rojas left the chamber recently to become vice president of strategic alliances and special projects for the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Washington.
